By using CapzAi, you confirm your acceptance of and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

This agreement takes effect on the date you first use the CapzAi application, website, editor, rendering service, or related APIs.

CapzAi gives creators, entrepreneurs, and businesses access to AI caption generation, caption editing, subtitle styling, and MP4 rendering through account access, subscriptions, and credit purchases.

Credits may be consumed when you generate captions, refine captions, render videos, or use other paid processing features. CapzAi reserves the right to suspend or terminate access when needed to protect the service, enforce these terms, or prevent abuse.

Because CapzAi provides digital services and immediately allocates account credits or processing access after purchase, purchases are non-refundable once credits are granted, consumed, or a render job has started.

Please review plan details before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue, contact support and we will work to resolve it.

CapzAi is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that the service will meet every requirement, operate without interruption, or produce perfect AI-generated captions, translations, timings, or renders.

Any implied warranties or conditions not specified in this agreement are excluded and expressly disclaimed to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

CapzAi provides no warranty or guarantee regarding service quality, availability, output accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. CapzAi is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service usage.

If liability is established, the total amount will not exceed what you paid for CapzAi services during the period related to the claim.

You are responsible for the videos, audio, captions, prompts, and other content you upload or create with CapzAi. You must have the rights and permissions needed to process, edit, publish, and distribute that content.

You agree not to use CapzAi for unlawful, infringing, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content, or to overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.

As CapzAi evolves and new features are added, pricing, credit costs, and plan limits may change. Existing offers, discounts, and promotional pricing may be modified or discontinued.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and CapzAi through your use of the service.
